Bdairy was founded in 2017 with a clear goal: building an entrepreneurial dairy trading company serving the global food industry. We supply the global food market with tailored dairy solutions and trade products like milk powder, butter, cream, and whey, connecting buyers and sellers worldwide.

Your start at Bdairy
You’ll hit the ground running, but we make sure you’re well prepared. In your first weeks, you’ll go through a structured onboarding program where you spend time with each department. You’ll learn how the business works, who does what, and how everything connects within international trade. From there, you’ll take on real responsibility. You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and challenged to grow quickly in your role.

We have an open culture with short lines of communication. Because of this, we have clear expectations of and towards each other. Moreover, we can switch quickly and take immediate action when necessary. All departments are strongly streamlined and you can easily turn to colleagues with questions.
We are convinced that an inspiring working space contributes to job satisfaction. That’s why we have a beautiful new office, with comfortable workplaces and meeting rooms. And a fun extra, we have our own Bdairy bar, where we can sit when we celebrate together! You have a beautiful view of the river Maas and our office is easily accessible from Dordrecht station.
