Personal data we process
Bdairy B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide it to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name;
  • Gender;
  • Date of birth;
  • Place of birth;
  • Address details;
  • Telephone number;
  • E-mail address;
  • Curriculum vitae (CV), information on education, internships and work experience;
  • Data on availability;
  • Other data that are or may be important in the context of assessing the candidate’s
    suitability, e.g. references and testimonials;
  • Data about your activities on our website.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at philipr@bdairy.com and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
Bdairy B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

    1. To be able to offer you vacancies and/or to provide you with information about our organization and other activities and to tailor these better to your wishes and qualities, this is done by our employees;
    2. To be able to assess your suitability and availability in connection with vacancies within our organization.

How long we keep personal data
Bdairy B.V. does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. The retention periods we use depend on the applicable legal retention periods.

Your application data (CV, work experience, education, etc.) are available up to one year after the last contact. You will receive a notification from us both 6 months after the last contact and one year after the last contact that you are registered with us.

If you no longer wish to be mediated, you can unsubscribe yourself by sending an e-mail to philipr@bdairy.com. You will no longer be contacted by Bdairy B.V. After unsubscribing, your data will be permanently deleted.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Bdairy B.V. may disclose your personal data to its principals, subcontractors (e.g. data processors) who provide services or execute orders on its behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations. And in all other cases in which we may be required to do so, for example by a court order or court judgment.

The provision of personal data is made on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or for the performance of the agreement in accordance with the purposes mentioned under “For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data”.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse the use that users make of the Website. Google uses aggregated statistical information to give Bdairy B.V. insight into how users use the Website. Google may only provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

Viewing, correcting or deleting data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Bdairy B.V. and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request to inspect, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request the revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to philipr@bdairy.com.

To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but
determined within a period of four weeks.

How we secure personal data
Bdairy B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
